Common questions
Can you maintain equipment that Arabian Labs did not supply?
You can send an enquiry for existing equipment regardless of where it was purchased. We confirm support by manufacturer, model, technical requirements and parts availability.
Is accredited calibration included in maintenance?
No automatic accreditation or calibration coverage is implied by a maintenance visit. Specify the required measurements, standards and certificate requirements; the available scope and provider are confirmed separately.
Can you quote an annual maintenance contract for a whole laboratory?
Yes, you can request an AMC proposal using your equipment asset list. Include model numbers, quantities, location, operating hours and preferred visit frequency so the scope can be reviewed.
Can you arrange service outside the UAE?
Yes, GCC enquiries can be reviewed for planned support. The quotation confirms travel, site access, parts shipment, timing and logistics before a visit is arranged.
