Arabian Laboratories (“we”, “us”) delivers across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery times
- Orders are processed within [1–2] business days.
- Estimated delivery: [1–3] business days for Dubai/Sharjah and [2–4] business days for other emirates.
- You will receive tracking details by SMS/email/WhatsApp once your order ships.
Delivery charges
- Flat delivery fee of [AED 15] per order.
- Free delivery on orders over [AED 200].
- Cash on Delivery may carry an additional [AED 5] handling fee.
Storage note
Our collagen is heat-sensitive. Please store below 25°C and away from direct sunlight after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, sealed and in original condition, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return window
- You may request a return within [7] days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7–14] business days.

- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders & pricing
- All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
- We may correct errors, refuse or cancel an order (with full refund) at our discretion.

Payments
Payments are handled by third-party providers (card gateway, Tabby, Tamara) and, where offered, cash on delivery. By paying, you agree to the relevant provider's terms.
